This package includes:
1 prenatal planning session (60 minutes)
10 hours of day time postpartum doula support
Feeding support (breast/pumping/bottle)
Light household help (Dishes, tidying, babies laundry)
Text support during the hours of 8am-8pm
This package is great for families wanting a bit more support. Makes a great gift for baby showers for families that you know want the guidance and support from a doula.
Goldie’s package includes:
1 Prenatal planning session (60 minutes)
20 hours daytime postpartum doula support
Meal prepping of 2-3 family meals
Feeding support (breast/pumping/bottle)
Light household help (Dishes, tidying, baby’s laundry
Text support between 8am-8pm
This package is for families that want some support while getting some shuteye. This is an overnight care package.
Midnights Package includes:
3 overnight shifts (8 hours each)
Baby care while parent(s) sleep
Feeding assistance (using pumped milk, preparing formula bottles, bringing baby to mom to nurse)
Light household help (dishes, tidying, baby’s laundry)
Meal prep for 1-2 family meals
Emotional support for nighttime anxieties

Welcome to Sunshine Roots Doula Care! SRD was created by Giana Flocco-Quinn in the Fall of 2025. After her first birth to her son Nile in 2016, Giana knew she wanted to support women when it came to their postpartum care. Fast forward to 2023, following the birth of her youngest daughter, Maya, she made a plan to finally follow through. After research, she settled on training through DONA international.
