Postpartum Twilight services
-I will support you during the hours of 10pm-2am. If you are breast/chest feeding, I will bring baby to you and then take them for burping, diaper changes, and re settling to sleep. If bottle/formula feeding, I will take care of feedings and settling. In the time that the baby is sleeping and if time allows, I can provide light housework (baby’s laundry, washing of baby bottles/breast pump parts, and food preparation).
(food preparation comes at the cost of the family or will be added to the invoice)
Postpartum overnight services (8hr min/10max)
-I will support baby while the parents get some shut eye! If you are breast/chest feeding, I will bring baby to you and then take them for burping, diaper changes, and re settling to sleep. If bottle/formula feeding, I will take care of all feedings and settling. In the time that the baby is sleeping I can provide light housework (baby’s laundry, washing of baby bottles/breast pump parts, and food preparation).

Postpartum day/evening services (2hr min)
-I will come support you in the home how you see fit with light house work (baby’s laundry, dishes, light tidying up), baby care, parenting support, sibling support, and food preparation.
-This offering is between the hours of 9am-9pm

From the months of June-August
Postpartum day/evening care, there is a minimum of 2 hours a day and a maximum of 6 hours a day, up to 4 days a week
Postpartum twilight care there a maximum of 3 days a week (non-consecutive days)
Postpartum overnight care there is a maximum of 2 days a week (non-consecutive)
From the months of September-May
Postpartum day/evening care, there is a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours a day, up to 3 days a week, Monday-Thursday and Sunday’s from the hours of 4pm-9pm
Postpartum twilight care, there is a maximum of 2 days a week and only being offered on Friday's and Saturday's
Postpartum overnight care, will only offered on Saturdays

This package is great for a family that needs light guidance and easing into doula care. Make’s a great baby shower gift for a family exploring the idea of doula support.
This package includes:
1 prenatal planning session (60 minutes)
10 hours of day time postpartum doula support
Feeding support (breast/pumping/bottle)
Light household help (Dishes, tidying, babies laundry)
Text support during the hours of 8am-8pm
Goldie's Package

This package is great for families wanting a bit more support. Makes a great gift for baby showers for families that you know want the guidance and support from a doula.
Goldie’s package includes:
1 Prenatal planning session (60 minutes)
20 hours daytime postpartum doula support
Meal prepping of 2-3 family meals (price includes food purchase)
Feeding support (breast/pumping/bottle)
Light household help (Dishes, tidying, baby’s laundry
Text support between 8am-8pm
The Midnight Package
$1,250.00
This package is for families that want some support while getting some shuteye. This is an overnight care package.
Midnights Package includes:
3 overnight shifts (8 hours each, additional time can be added on for added cost)
Baby care while parent(s) sleep
Feeding assistance (using pumped milk, preparing formula bottles, bringing baby to parent to nurse)
Light household help (dishes, tidying, baby’s laundry)
Meal prepping of 1-2 family meals (price includes food purchase)
Emotional support for nighttime anxieties
Add-on’s for services or packages
Meal prepping of family meals-Price varies based on needs
Prenatal planning session-$20 per hour
Baby registry support-$20 per hour
Mother’s blessing ceremony-$150
Welcome home mom postnatal essentials basket-$50
Virtual postpartum doula support-$15 per 30 minutes between the hours of 4pm-12am Monday-Sunday

This package is great for families that may not need hands on support but more of emotional support and guidance. Can be used in conjunction of in-person support as well as out of my service area families. Here we can discuss how things are going, assess feedings and soothing techniques and words of encouragement along with evidence-based guidance as needed.
